Overall amazing island beautiful views. Great hotel to stay at.
Beautiful island within walking distance to the Poseidon gardens.

It was a nice relaxing holiday - we really enjoyed it
The outdoor pools were really nice - they were open 24 hours and temperature of the water was just right neither warm nor cold.
Breakfast was poor for such a hotel. Staff especially at main reception were sometimes not as helpful as they should be

What was the highlight of Sorriso Thermae Resort Hotel
We were only there for one night so hard to evaluate. I would say the place is good but tired and needs some love.
The facilities were fantastic with fitness and spa inclusions. Views from the restaurants onsite were breathtaking.
The cooling just wasn’t cool enough, the room didn’t get below 25 degrees, and was a centralised system so we were told to not touch the thermostat or it would stop working all together.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff and stunning views
All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. From the word go, we were impressed at how willing everyone was to satisfy our needs and help us enjoy our holiday. Sorriso Thermae is a beautiful hotel and facilities are well looked after - just like the guests! Any concerns we had about accommodation in one of the separate buildings were soon allayed. These rooms seem quieter and we were blessed with a stunning view from our spacious balcony. There is easy access (down steepish steps which some quests might find challenging) to the Giardini Poseidon, the beach, simple shops and good restaurants. If you don't like steps the hotel shuttle will take you there. The bustling town of Forio is a short bus or taxi ride, or a longish walk. There are ample shops, restaurants, historic buildings and a small port there where you can take a trip around the island. By road, for exploring further afield, there is an excellent if busy bus service easily accessible from the hotel.
The hawkers trying to sell cheap jewellery or similar items around the hotel. Fortunately these were small in number.
